We are ever so grateful for your continued love and support. We are still here in Uganda and watching God continue to do miracles. However, it is somehow still very hard to wait. God’s timing is sometimes very hard to understand. But, we must always come to the place to stand and say, “not my will, but yours be done”. We only want His will – we only want His way – we only want His timing. Because we know that when we remain in Him and stay faithful to His work; we will be blessed. We need not force anything or push for our own rights – but instead, “stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.”

As some of you have heard, we have received a response from the US Embassy. They sent a reply asking for more documentation. However, the documents they were asking for, were already sent to them with the original Visa Petition. Frustrating? You bet! However, God showed us that we were to stand firm, don’t move – keep working and be confident that our labor is not in vain. So, we resubmitted what they were asking for and we begin the waiting all over again. God, reminded us that He hasn’t said “no”. His delays are not His denials. We had to really believe that in order to keep moving forward.

  • We are all healthy and doing well. Everyone has recovered from malaria and we have had the place fumigated to cut down on the mosquitos; which were taking over.

  • We just received a “Care Order” from the courts for two kids that are in the choir. This was an unknown issue that needed to be resolved . . . and God resolved it. He is so good to us.

  • We have been working with the Ministry of Gender as one of the requirements for taking these children out of the country. The process is hard but we are finding God’s favor everywhere we
turn. God has gone before us!

  • We had received a “denial” letter last week from the car lot that was praying about giving a vehicle to the choir. But then a few days ago we received word that the owner of the car lot has not been able to get us off her heart. She said even though her board/corporation chose not to donate to AKC. She decided she personally wants to give to us and has put in for a matching grant through the Toyota corporation. We don’t know whether we will get it or not; but I think it is just a miracle to see God put us on someone’s heart. Thank you Jesus.

  • We have just registered 35 more children into the ACCS program. These sponsored children are an answer to my prayer. We are in the process of registering 60 kids total; we will promote and sponsor these children on our tour. Please be praying for the hearts of people to want to help these children.

  • We are asking you to pray that we would endure. Pray for strength and patience to wait upon the Lord and His timing.

  • Pray that the car lot would come through with whatever it is that God would have for us.

  • Pray for favor in the Embassy

  • Pray for our process through the Ministry of Gender. Pray for a favorable response.

  • Pray for strength for the kids as they continue to practice their performance daily. They are putting in a lot of hard work. Pray that God blesses them for their discipline.

I hope and pray that this Prayer & Praise Report finds you all on an adventure with Jesus. May He lead you to places that you would never imagine you would go. Let Him be your GUIDE FOR LIFE . . . trust Him as He takes you there.

Blessings on your journey,
Tom and Sandi Balli
